Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used items may be returned if they show only normal signs of testing — we understand you need to try the product to know if it works for your setup.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label for EU orders. Return shipping for orders from Israel is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
